A successful career in the media industry, working in production, sales and distribution - from start-up to large corporation - often meant periods of intense stress, burnout and uncertainty regarding the fundamental purpose behind my choices.
I started practising Yoga to overcome lethargy, demotivation, and a lack of clarity that prevented me from realising my higher potential.
Yoga has certainly helped me accomplish that. Yet, it has also brought about a profound transformation, increasing awareness of thoughts and reactions and creating the conditions for love, compassion and contentment to rise naturally.
I began training as a Himalayan Hatha Yoga teacher so that more people could learn these techniques, making a significant difference to our mental and physical well-being and relationships.
Himalayan Hatha Yoga is based on authentic Yoga wisdom and is one of the forms of Yoga developed by renowned Yoga master Yogi Ashokananda.
I have been training intensively with Yogi since 2018 to bring you his teachings, rooted in the ancient and sacred Indian tradition.
