The Calm & Clear Mind Membership gives you unlimited access to live guided meditation sessions designed to help you reset, refocus, and cultivate a calm, clear mind, even on your busiest days.

What's included:

- In-person sessions at TVC every Tuesday.

- Live online daily sessions.

- Pranayama (breath work sessions).

- A supportive structure to help you develop a consistent meditation habit.

The membership is valid for one month and renews automatically unless cancelled, allowing you to build a regular practice that prioritises your well-being, deepens self-awareness, and helps you meet your day with greater calm and presence.

Pause or Cancel Anytime

Need a break? You can pause your membership whenever you wish. Your billing simply shifts forward, so you never lose days you didn’t use.

Want to cancel? Cancel anytime directly from your OfferingTree dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Please note memberships are not eligible for a refund.

INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN ONLINE & STUDIO CLASSES:

1. Registration is required for every class you wish to attend. The registration window closes 30 minutes before the class starts.
