I spent over a decade working in media production and distribution. I know the pace, the pressure, and the burnout.

Yoga and Meditation have helped me transform: sharp focus, high energy, restful sleep, strength, resilience, joy! This is why I want to share these techniques with you.

Yoga is a path to Self-awareness and mastery over your body, breath, and brain that unveils your fullest wisdom and potential.

I’ve been training with Master Yogi Ashokananda since 2018. I am a certified instructor by Yoga Alliance Professionals UK.

My work is grounded in authentic yogic tradition and science with a practical approach that fits busy lives. I currently teach at BBC Studios and online.
