
The session centres on Pranayama, the practice of breath control used to direct prana, our vital life force, to enhance overall vitality, clarity, and well‑being in both body and mind.
INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN:
1. Registration is required for every class you wish to attend. The registration window closes 30 minutes before the class starts.
2. When registering for a class, you must accept the Health Disclaimer & Terms and Conditions.
