Atma Kriya Meditation is a guided meditation practice designed to calm the mind, relax the body, awaken high perception and deeper self-awareness.
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this practice will help you train your attention, restore focus, and step back from your busy day to cultivate detachment, balance and contentment.
Meditation practices have shown to beneficially impact a wide variety of cognitive and health related functions, including attention, interoceptive awareness, somatosensory processing, self-regulation, immune function, blood pressure, chronic pain, and sleep. (Khalsa et al., 2025).

Cancellation Policy:
Email admin@serenanda.com to request a cancellation of your registration made using a credit card.
Free registrations and those made using a package or membership can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start time.
Packages and memberships are not eligible for a refund.
To cancel a class registration, go to Registration Details on the registration confirmation email or your User Profile and click Cancel registration.
