
The Himalayan Hatha Yoga restorative practice explores a limited number of asanas, either seated, lying on the back or lying on the stomach, combined with conscious breathwork, to gently guide you into deeper relaxation.
With minimal strain on the body, it calms the mind, releases tension from the nervous system, and leaves you feeling restored and revitalised.

Free registrations and those made using a package or membership can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the start time.
Packages and memberships are not eligible for a refund.
To cancel a class registration, go to Registration Details on the registration confirmation email or your User Profile and click Cancel registration.
