Yoga - Restorative - Live

The Himalayan Hatha Yoga restorative practice explores a limited number of asanas, either seated, lying on the back or lying on the stomach, combined with conscious breathwork, to gently guide you into deeper relaxation.

With minimal strain on the body, it calms the mind, releases tension from the nervous system, and leaves you feeling restored and revitalised.

INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN LIVE ONLINE:

  1. Registration is required for every class you wish to attend. The registration window closes 30 minutes before the class starts.
  2. When registering for a class, you must accept the Health Disclaimer & Terms and Conditions.
  3. You are welcome to hide your video. However, we recommend you keep it on so the instructor can provide specific verbal assistance.
